I wasn't able to find any large pictures, but I'll try to get ahold of the owner for some.

External Oil Cooler Kit from Heiden Tuning
Bosch Pre-War Cigar Style Tail Light (they are out there for BMWs)
Seb talked about a DT360 tank, but I'm not sure which one is on the bike in the pictures.
